What we do
Bigweld Design is a product company based in Tucson, Arizona. We identify real problems faced by RV and trailer owners, design better solutions, and bring them to market through wholesale partners.
We don't take on client work. Every product we make starts with a problem we've seen firsthand — something missing, something broken, or something that should work better. We design it, develop it, and get it into the hands of dealers and retailers who serve the RV community.

Every Bigweld product starts with a real problem. We spend time with RV owners, understand what's frustrating them, and ask whether a better solution is possible.

Designed for the user, support for the re-seller
A product isn't done when it looks good — it's done when it works. We design for the person using it: ergonomics, durability, ease of installation, and long-term reliability. Then, we work closely with our partners to ensure quality training and after-sales support.

Wholesale only
We sell exclusively through dealers, retailers, and service centers. That means our partners can count on us — we're not competing with them for the same customers.

Rich has spent years in the RV and Airstream community as an owner, writer, and product developer. He founded Bigweld Design to build the products he wished existed — and to get them to the people who need them through the dealers and retailers who serve them best.
